Reporting, Investigating and sharing from incidents and actively involving employees and contractors in all areas of health and safety management.
Provide information, instruction, and training to enable all employees and contractors to have knowledge and improve their own health, safety and wellbeing and those around them.
Maintain a management system which includes identification and evaluation of the health and safety risks associated with our business activities and strives towards eliminating or minimising workplace hazards and risks as far as is reasonably practicable.
Communicating and consulting with all employees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure they are protected from risks to their health and safety and enabling them to work in a safe and healthy environment.
Planning and implementation of safe products, safe system of work and incorporating safety in design.
Providing free and confidential psychological support by way of an Employee Assistance Program.
Ongoing measurement, monitoring, auditing, reviewing and continuous improvement of work health and safety performance.
