Support Vehicles Australia aims to continue to reduce our environmental and sustainable footprint.

We recognise our business has a responsibility to enhance the environment and are committed to reducing environmental impacts by:

  • Complying with all legislative and regulatory requirements relating to the environment and promote a workplace where all are committed to reducing environmental impact.

  • Ensuring leaders demonstrate a strong level of commitment to the environment and accept accountability for their teams and consistently setting high standards.

  • Reporting, Investigating and sharing from incidents and actively involving employees and contractors in all areas of environmental management.

  • Providing information, instruction, and training to enable all employees and contractors to have knowledge and improve on environmental work practices.

  • Maintain a management system which includes identification and evaluation of the environmental risks associated with our business activities and strives towards minimising or eliminating those risks as far as is reasonably practicable.

  • Openly communicating our environmental policies to interested parties.

  • Actively work towards minimising pollution and waste and consider greener alternative energies and hydrocarbons.

  • Monitoring and recording our environmental impacts and compare our performance with policies, objectives and targets.

  • Encouraging a culture of open communication on environmental concerns and solutions.
